The Northcrest Window Health Check

Your windows aren't broken. They're just costing you money.

Most failed windows look fine from the inside. Under a thermal imaging camera, they look like the photos above — bright orange and yellow where heat is moving through the glass and frame. In summer, that's outdoor heat coming in and driving up your AC bill. In winter, it's the opposite — heat from your home escaping out.

Either way, your HVAC is working harder than it should, and you're paying for it every month.

The Window Health Check is a free 20-minute thermal imaging walk-through of your home. We show you which windows and doors are leaking energy, which ones are sealing properly, and exactly where the problems are — on the spot, on the screen, in your own house.

The Window Health Check is a free, no-obligation diagnostic. Here's how it works.

Our Approach

At Northcrest, every project starts with a conversation — not a sales pitch.

Every Northcrest installation is delivered as The Northcrest Full-Frame System™ — a defined, repeatable product backed by written guarantees, a structured two-visit consultation process, and a 5-year labor warranty. We come out, measure every opening, talk through your priorities, and leave you a written estimate range the same day. No “today-only” pricing. No pressure to decide faster than you want to.

We install the full Andersen window lineup and ProVia entry doors, giving us the range to match the right product to your home and your budget. Installation is handled by experienced full-frame replacement crews — doing the work the right way.

The result is a process that respects your time, and a finished product you'll notice every day.

Andersen full-frame window replacement in a New Hampshire bathroom - Northcrest Window & Door Specialists

Our process is simple and thoughtful.

Every project follows the same four steps: a free in-home consultation, a clear written quote, careful full-frame installation, and a final walkthrough to make sure it's right. No surprises, no pressure, no shortcuts.

Our Services

Every project starts with a free in-home consultation and ends with windows or doors that are properly installed, properly sealed, and built to last. Take a closer look at what we offer below.

  • We install the full Andersen window lineup — 100 Series, 200 Series, 400 Series, A-Series, and E-Series — using full-frame replacement. That means we remove the entire existing unit down to the rough opening, address any rot or damaged structure underneath, re-flash to current standards, and finish to a premium level. It's the only method that fixes the underlying causes of window failure rather than covering them up. We'll help you choose the right Andersen series for your home, your climate, and your budget.

  • We install ProVia Heritage and Legacy entry doors — fiberglass and steel doors built for New England weather and finished to look right on a New England home. Like our window installs, every entry door goes in with proper flashing, weatherproofing, and trim work, so the door performs as well as it looks. We'll walk you through styles, glass options, hardware, and finishes during your consultation.

  • We install Andersen patio doors — sliding and hinged — sized and configured to fit your existing opening or designed into a new one. Patio doors take more abuse than almost any other opening in the house, which is why proper full-frame installation matters even more here than with standard windows. We seal, flash, and finish every patio door installation to the same standard as the rest of our work.
